A selected group of Christian medical doctors, practitioners and staff will provide the health care service to its members.

UTOL provides a wide array of services to its principal members ( Pastors) regardless of age, health conditions and status in life. However he is required to have a membership to Philhealth.

UTOL is manned by Christians, who are dedicated and qualified in their respective jobs, who continuously seek to become pro-active in the improvement of various methods in providing quality medical fund assistance and services to its members.

Preventive Health Care
- Management of health problems
- Counseling on health habits, diet, and family planning
- Record keeping of medical list
- Pastoral Care
Out-patient Services
- Regular consultations and treatment at any/all designated clinics
- Treatment of minor injuries or illness
- Eye, ear, nose and throat treatment
- Referral to specialists by UTOL accredited physician when the need arises
Emergency Care Services
- In designated hospitals/clinics – payments will be shouldered by UTOL
- In non-accredited hospitals/clinics – for reimbursement upon submission of Necessary papers
In-patient (Hospitalization) benefits
- Room and board up to a maximum of Plan limit
- Use of Operating Theatre and Recovery Room
- Professional services of Anesthesiologists, Surgeons and other Specialists
- Anesthesia and Medications
- Blood Transfusions and intravenous fluids
- Laboratory tests, X-rays and other diagnostic examination
- Administered medicines
- Items directly related to the medical management of the patient, including but not limited to dressings, plaster casts, sutures and other items directly related to the medical management of the patient
- ICU confinements or dialysis, subject to maximum limit of dreaded diseases
- Laparoscopy, lithotripsy and cholesystectomy (including laparoscopic cholesystectomy) are covered up to dreaded diseases limit
- CT Scan, Angiography and ultrasound are covered as charged
- Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI is covered as charged
- Assistance in administrative requirements through liaison officers
- and all other hospital charges deemed necessary by the accredited physician in the treatment of the patient
