Universal Touch of Life Medical Foundation

Universal Touch of Life Medical Foundation (UTOL) is a faith based, non-profit, 501(c)(3) organization with EIN no. 45-3766288, registered in California USA and in the Philippines, as well as Universal Touch of Life Medical Association, a member of the Bayanihan Council in Abu Dhabi, United Arab Emirates. UTOL aims to provide vital healthcare services to victims of natural disasters.  The organization’s projects, implemented by Christian medical doctors and volunteer staff, provide opportunities for those who would otherwise not have access to essential medical care to receive necessary treatment and ultimately achieve a better quality of life.
